Architecting Sri Lanka's Green Infrastructure
Evoto AI is a Sri Lankan holding company operating at the forefront of clean energy generation, smart distribution, and zero-emission transportation. We exist to build the physical networks that will power Sri Lanka's modern green economy.
Our Vision
To establish a completely self-sufficient, carbon-neutral mobility and energy landscape in Sri Lanka, where transport is clean, charging is fast, and electricity is generated entirely from the sun.
Our Mission
To build, finance, and operate high-fidelity physical infrastructure—integrating electric two-wheelers, intelligent grid chargers, and decentralized solar networks—to protect enterprises and citizens from fossil fuel volatility.
Our Corporate History
Company Founded
Evoto AI was incorporated with a vision to build physical energy and transit infrastructure in Sri Lanka driven by smart artificial intelligence systems.
Solar & EV Swapping R&D
Inception of Evo Solar and Evo Bike design research. Initial prototyping of battery swapping chassis and LFP chemistry battery cells.
Hambantota 5MW Solar Farm & Smart Network
Commissioned our first utility-scale solar generation facility and initiated pilot charging nodes in the Colombo district under Evo Charge.
Evo Bike Launch & Network Expansion
Commencing commercial delivery of Evo Bike Model S, alongside the rollout of 150 highway fast-charging stations across Sri Lanka.
Board & Executive Team
Nishan
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
A technology entrepreneur and engineer committed to developing sustainable infrastructure. Nishan founded Evoto AI to integrate electric mobility, hardware networks, and localized solar micro-generation into a unified green grid in Sri Lanka.
Harsha De Silva
Chief Operating Officer
Over 15 years of experience in power engineering and public infrastructure deployments. Harsha oversees project development and grid integrations at Evo Charge and Evo Solar.
Our Operational Pillars
Ecological Stewardship
Every product and project we back must produce a net-negative carbon footprint, contributing directly to domestic climate goals.
Engineering Resilience
We build hardware and infrastructure engineered specifically for tropical climates, coastal proximity, and rugged local terrains.
Technological Sovereignty
We develop battery management systems and solar grid tracking algorithms in-house, creating high-value technical jobs in Sri Lanka.
Synergistic Integration
We believe electric mobility, charging stations, and micro-generation must work together in a closed-loop system for maximum efficiency.
Operational Presence
We are actively developing solar arrays, EV charger lines, and regional support networks. For spatial locations and active nodes, check our footprint outline on the home screen.
